| cup | Thin sliced tart apples | | 1
| | Egg, beaten | | | CRUMBS | | 1/4
| cup | Cold butter | | 1/3
| cup | Flour | | 1/3
| cup | Brown sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend crumb ingredients together and set aside. | | 2 | Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. | | 3 | Add apples and beaten egg. | | 4 | Remove from oven, add crumbs. | | 5 | Return to oven for 20 minutes. | | 6 | Cool and refrigerate. | | 7 | Serve when cold |
