Ingredients:
1 9-inch pastry pie shell
1/4 cupSugar
1/8 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla extract
4 cupPared, cored and chopped
1 Egg, seperated
2 tbspFlour
1 cupDairy half and half sour
Cream
Streusel topping=

Golden delicious apples

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F8°F.
2Brush pastry shell with beaten egg white= and bake for 7 minutes In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt.
3Stir in half and half sour cream, remainder of the egg white, egg yolk and vanilla.
4Beat until smootah.
5Stir in apples, spoon in pastary shell, and bake for 45 minutes.
6Sprinkle streusel topping over apples and bake for 15 additional minutes or until knife inserted near centre comes out clean.
7Serve warm or chilled
