Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375°F8°F. | | 2 | Brush pastry shell with beaten egg white= and bake for 7 minutes In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. | | 3 | Stir in half and half sour cream, remainder of the egg white, egg yolk and vanilla. | | 4 | Beat until smootah. | | 5 | Stir in apples, spoon in pastary shell, and bake for 45 minutes. | | 6 | Sprinkle streusel topping over apples and bake for 15 additional minutes or until knife inserted near centre comes out clean. | | 7 | Serve warm or chilled |
