Ingredients:

| cup | Bisquick baking mix | | 3/4
| cup | Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| cup | Cut-up cooked chicken | | 2
| cup | Cheddar chese, shredded | | | (about 8 oz.) | | 1
| can | Mushroom stems & pieces | | | (4 oz. drained) | | 1/4
| cup | Onions, sliced green | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | | Pepper, dash of | | 6
| slice | Bread |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 450°F. | | 2 | Mix baking mix, mayonnaise and egg. | | 3 | Stir in other ingredients, except bread. | | 4 | Spread ingredients evenly on bread. | | 5 | Bake on ungreased cookie sheets until puffy and golden brown, about 10 minutes. | | 6 | Serve immediately. | | 7 | 6-open-faced sandwiches. | | 8 | High altitude directions: (3500 to 6500); heat oven to 475°F. | | 9 | Stir 2 tbs all-purpose flour into baking mix. | | 10 | Bake. | | 11 | 10 to 12 minutes |
