Golden apple torte

Ingredients:
2 cupAll purpose flour
1/2 cupSugar
2 tspBaking powder
Ds Salt
1/2 cupButter or margarine, soft
1 Egg
2 tbspCold water
5 medGolden delicious apples
Juice of ?lemon
1/4 cupRaisins
1/3 cupSugar
2 tbspFlour
1 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Sift together 2 cups flour, ?cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
2With fingers blend in butter or margarine, egg and water until dough holds together.
3Chill 1/3 of dough.
4Pat remaining 2/3 of dough on bottom and half way up sides of greased 9 inch springform pan.
5Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
6Peel, core and slice apples.
7Toss with lemon juice and raisins.
8Mix 1/3 cup sugar with 2 tb flour and cinnamon; toss with apples.
9Turn into prepared crust.
10Roll out chilled dough and cut into ?inch strips.
11Arrange in lattice over apples, sealing to edges of baked pastry.
12Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes, until apples are tender and crust is golden brown
