Maple walnut cream pie

Ingredients:
2 cupMilk
2 cupMaple syrup
3 ea Well-beaten egg yolks
6 tbspFlour
1 xDash of salt
1 tbspVanilla
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
1/2 cupYogurt or whipped cream
Procedures:
1Combine milk, syrup, egg yolks, flour in double boiler.
2Cook slowly over simmering water - about ?hour.
3Add dash of salt and vanilla.
4Pour in baked pie shell.
5Sprinkle with half the nuts.
6Chill.
7Shortly before serving spread on yogurt or whipped cream and sprinkle on the rest of the nuts
