Mel's churros

Ingredients:
1 cupWhite flour
3 Eggs
1/2 tspCinnamon
3/4 Stick butter
1 cupWater
1 pinchSalt
1 cupPowdered Sugar
Corn oil
Procedures:
1Bring water to a boil.
2Add butter and salt.
3Add flour & remove from heat.
4Beat with a fork until well-mixed.
5Beat in the eggs and cinnamon.
6Put the mixture into a pastry bag.
7Heat about an inch of oil in a pan, or use a deep fryer, to about 350°F.
8Squeeze the mixture into the oil, making the churros about 7" long.
9Cook 3-5 at a time, depending on how large your skillet or pan is until they are a nice golden color, turning occasionally.
10Drain on paper towels.
11Transfer to another dish, sprinkle sifted powdered sugar over them, and serve immediately.
