| 1 | Bring water to a boil. |
| 2 | Add butter and salt. |
| 3 | Add flour & remove from heat. |
| 4 | Beat with a fork until well-mixed. |
| 5 | Beat in the eggs and cinnamon. |
| 6 | Put the mixture into a pastry bag. |
| 7 | Heat about an inch of oil in a pan, or use a deep fryer, to about 350°F. |
| 8 | Squeeze the mixture into the oil, making the churros about 7" long. |
| 9 | Cook 3-5 at a time, depending on how large your skillet or pan is until they are a nice golden color, turning occasionally. |
| 10 | Drain on paper towels. |
| 11 | Transfer to another dish, sprinkle sifted powdered sugar over them, and serve immediately. |
