| lbs | Suet | | 4
| lbs | Apples | | 1
| tsp | Ea.cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves | | 1/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 2 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 3 1/2
| cup | Raisins | | 2
| pack | Seeded raisins |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put the meat, salt and water to cover in a large pot. | | 2 | Simmer until tender. | | 3 | Add the diced apple, suet and spices, vinegar, sugar and raisins and cook till the suet is dissolved anf raisins and apples tender.if more water is needed add it. | | 4 | Stir often to keep fruit from sticking |
