Mincemeat-pumpkin pie

Ingredients:
1 cupPumpkin, Mashed, Canned
1/2 cupBrown Sugar, Firmly Packed
3/4 tspCinnamon, Ground
3/4 tspNutmeg, Ground
1/2 tspSalt
3 Eggs, Lg
1/2 cupHeavy Cream
1 cupMincemeat, Prepared
1 Unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell
Procedures:
1Combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl, mixing well.
2Add the eggs and heavy cream.
3Beat until smooth using a rotary or electric mixer.
4Stir in the mincemeat and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
5Bake in a preheated 425 °F.
6Oven for 35 minutes or until the filling is set.
7Cool slightly on a wire rack and serve warm
