Ingredients:
| | 2 ea Eggs | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese, room tempature | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | | TOPPING | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | | 1 ea Crumb crust |

Procedures:
| 1 | Crumb crust combine 1 ?cups vanila wafers (about 38) with 1/3 cup melted butter. | | 2 | Press firmly in pie pan and chill. | | 3 | (any type of crumb crust will work). | | 4 | In a mixer, beat eggs and then add the cream cheese (room temperature), ?cup sugar and vanilla. | | 5 | When thorughly mixed, pour into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. | | 6 | Remove and cool. | | 7 | Mix together sour cream, sugar, and ?teaspoon vanilla and spread over top of pie. | | 8 | Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes. | | 9 | Cool and refrigerate |
