Mock key lime pie

Ingredients:
1 (9 or 10-inch) Baked Pastry
Shell or Graham Crumb Crust
6 Egg yolks
2 can(14oz each) Sweetened
Condensed milk
1 (8oz) bottle lime juice
Food colouring -- Yellow or
Green -- optional
Whipped cream
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325°F.
2In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and food colouring if desired.
3Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes.
4Cool.
5Chill.
6Top with whipped cream.
7Garnish as desired.
8Refrigerate leftovers.
9Note: if using frozen packaged pie shell or 6oz packaged graham cracker crumb pie crust, use 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 3 egg yolks and ?cup lime juice.
10Bake 30 minutes.
