Mock mince pie

Ingredients:
2 cupRaisins
1 1/2 cupSugar
1 cupBoiling water
1/2 cupDark molases or dark Karo
1/2 cupVinegar
1 cupSoda cracker crumbs
-crushed
1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspCloves
1/2 tspNutmeg
1 Double crust unbaked
-10" pie shell
Procedures:
1Put raisins, sugar and butter in pan and pour boiling water over the mixture and stir.
2Mix in remainder of ingredients and cool (best if put in refrigerator to age mixture for 1 - 2 days - stir several times a day).
3Then put filling ingredients in unbaked pie shell top with pie crust, seal and bake at 350 °F for 40-50 minutes.
4Can be served warm or cold.
5It can also be served with vanilla ice cream
