Ingredients:

| | Can Pumpkin equal to 2 cups | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| tsp | Ginger | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt (scant) | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Butter (melted) | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk or 12oz evaporated milk | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1/8
| cup | Molasses | | 2
| | Eggs (beaten) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sift sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg togeather. | | 2 | Mix this with pumpkin. | | 3 | Add eggs, beaten, melted butter, molasses and milk. | | 4 | Add a dash of lemon juice (if desired). | | 5 | Line a 9 inch pie pan. | | 6 | Pour in contents. | | 7 | Preheat oven and bake at 450 °F for 15 minutes. | | 8 | Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for anothe 50 minutes |
