Ingredients:

| | Egg yolks | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 4
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| tsp | Lemon rind, grated or | | | Lemon extract | | | Pn Salt | | 1
| | Pie shell (9" baked, cooled) | | 2
| | Egg whites | | 1
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1
| cup | Pecans (chopped) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, cornstarch, lemon rind, and salt. | | 2 | Cook in top of double boiler until thick. | | 3 | Pour into pie shell. | | 4 | Beat egg whites. | | 5 | Add brown sugar, slowly, stir in pecans. | | 6 | Spread over filling. | | 7 | Bake until lightly browned. | | 8 | Cool; refrigerate for several hours. |
