Ingredients:
4 1" thick fully cooked ham
-slices
1/2 cupBrown sugar, light or dark
Whole cloves
1 can#2 ?purple plums
Procedures:
1Drain the plums but save 1/3 cup of the juice.
2Heat oven to 300°F.
3Place the ham slices in a shallow baking dish.
4Stud with cloves as many as you desire.
5Pour the plum juice over the ham and sprinkle with brown sugar.
6Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
7Top with plums and bake for 15 min. longer.
