| cup | Quaker Oats, uncooked | | | -- (quick or old-fashioned) | | 1/3
| cup | Flaked or shredded coconut | | 1
| | 9-inch unbaked pie shell |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat eggs until foamy. | | 2 | Gradually add sugar; beat until thick. | | 3 | Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. | | 4 | Pour into pie shell. | | 5 | Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F). | | 6 | About 45 minutes or until center of pie is firm. | | 7 | Cool. | | 8 | Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired. |
