Oatmeal pie 2

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
3/4 cupSugar
3/4 cupDark corn syrup
2 tbspAll-purpose flour
1/4 cupButter or margarine, melted
1 tspVanilla
3/4 cupQuaker Oats, uncooked
-- (quick or old-fashioned)
1/3 cupFlaked or shredded coconut
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Procedures:
1Beat eggs until foamy.
2Gradually add sugar; beat until thick.
3Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well.
4Pour into pie shell.
5Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F).
6About 45 minutes or until center of pie is firm.
7Cool.
8Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
