Ingredients:

| tbsp | Orange rind, grated | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon rind, grated | | 4
| tbsp | Orange juice | | 2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 3
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| | Egg yolk, unbeaten | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| cup | Confectioners'sugar, sifte |

Procedures:
| 1 | Add orange and lemon rind to fruit juice and let stand 10 niinutes; strain if desired. | | 2 | Cream butter; add egg yolk and salt and mix well. | | 3 | Add part of sugar gradually blending after each addition. | | 4 | Add remaining sugar, alternately with fruit juice, until of right consistency to spread. | | 5 | Beat after each addition until smooth. | | 6 | Makes enough frosting to cover tops and sides of two 8- or 9-inch layers, or top and sides of 13x9x2-inch cake |
