Orange-almond pastries - lite

Ingredients:
1/2 cupOrange marmalade
3 dropAlmond extract
6 Sheets phyllo dough --
Thawed
Butter-flavored cooking
Spray
1/4 cupLight cream cheese
1 tbspPowdered sugar -- sifted
Orange rind strip -- for
Garnish
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Combine orange marmalade and almond extract; set aside.
3Coat phyllo sheets, working with one sheet at a time, lightly with cooking spray; fold each in half lengthwise.
4Lightly coat with cooking spray; cut crosswise into 4 rectangles (6 ?x 4 ?inches).
5Spread ?teaspoon cream cheese on the short side of each phyllo strip; top with 1 teaspoon marmalade mixture.
6Fold long sides in about ?inch.
7Beginning with the marmalade-filled end, roll up jelly roll fashion.
8Place each roll, seam side down, on a baking sheet.
9Lightly coat tops of rolls with cooking spray.
10Bake for 7 minutes.
11Remove from pans immediately; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
12Cool completely on a wire rack.
13Place on a serving tray and garnish with orange rind, if desired.
