Ingredients:
16 Graham crackers, 1 ?c
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupButter, softened
1 tspFlour
1 tspCinnamon, optional
Procedures:
1Finely crush the wafers then combine them with the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
2Press a bit more than half the mixture firmly to the bottom and sides of a well buttered pie plate.
3Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the meringue that cover your cream pie.
4Bake in a slow oven - 300f - until lightly browned about 20 minutes
