Ingredients:
1 Deep dish pie shell, baked
2/3 cupBoiling orange juice
1 cup11 oz mandarin orang, drained
1 pack3 oz. orange flavor gelatin
1 cupVanilla ice cream, softened
1 cupWhipped topping, thawed
Procedures:
1Dissolve gelatin in boiling orange juice.add ice cream by spoonfuls, blending until dissolved.chill until slightly thickened.stir in mandarin oranges.fold in whipped topping.pour into pie shell.freeze until firm, about 2 hours.remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving
