Ingredients:

| cup | Rhubarb rib, cut into 1" | | | Pieces | | 1/2
| | Pie crust | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Milk | | | Cinnamon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Roll out and place pie crust in bottom of pie plate. | | 2 | Place rhubarb over pie crust and sprinkle with ?cup sugar. | | 3 | Beat eggs and add ?cup sugar and milk. | | 4 | Pour mixture over rhubarb. | | 5 | Sprinkle with cinnamon. | | 6 | Bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes |
