Our lemon pie

Ingredients:
3 tbspMargarine
10 Graham cracker squares
1/2 cupSkimmed evaporated milk
-cold
1 packDream Whip
27 packEqual sweetener
2 Egg yolks
2 largeLemons, ?cup juice
3 Egg whites
3 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1Melt margarine on medium to low heat.
2Roll graham crackers into crumbs with rolling pin.
3Mix crumbs and melted margarine.
4Pat to make crust on bottom and sides of pie pan.
5Chill.
6Add cold evaporated milk to dream whip (do not add vanilla).
7Sprinkle in 24 pkg.
8Equal.
9Mix and beat according to directions.
10Beat egg yolks slightly, and gradually stir in lemon juice.
11Gradually fold in the whipped dream whip.
12Spread in pie crust.
13Turn on broiler so it will get hot.
14Beat 3 egg whites frothy (use clean beaters so whites will beat up as fluffy as possible).
15Add 1 tbs.
16Sugar and beat until blended in. add another tbs.
17Sugar and 3 equal pkg.
18And beat until soft peaks form.
19Spread meringue over top.
20Spread meringue to stick to the edges so it won"t shrink when you broil it.
21Put under broiler for 30-60 seconds until meringue is lightly browned.
22It doesn"t take long at all and is easy to burn.
23The flavors will blend better if you chill for 5 hours.
