| 1 | Melt margarine on medium to low heat. |

| 6 | Add cold evaporated milk to dream whip (do not add vanilla). |

| 9 | Mix and beat according to directions. |
| 10 | Beat egg yolks slightly, and gradually stir in lemon juice. |
| 11 | Gradually fold in the whipped dream whip. |
| 12 | Spread in pie crust. |
| 13 | Turn on broiler so it will get hot. |
| 14 | Beat 3 egg whites frothy (use clean beaters so whites will beat up as fluffy as possible). |
| 15 | Add 1 tbs. |
| 16 | Sugar and beat until blended in. add another tbs. |
| 17 | Sugar and 3 equal pkg. |
| 18 | And beat until soft peaks form. |
| 19 | Spread meringue over top. |
| 20 | Spread meringue to stick to the edges so it won"t shrink when you broil it. |
| 21 | Put under broiler for 30-60 seconds until meringue is lightly browned. |
| 22 | It doesn"t take long at all and is easy to burn. |
| 23 | The flavors will blend better if you chill for 5 hours. |
