Pantry chocolate lime pie

Ingredients:
1 packUnflavored gelatin ?oz
2 tbspPLUS ?cup water
1 pack3 3/8 oz pkg instant
- vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cupNon-fat milk
1/3 cupFreshly squeezed lime juice
1 cupFrozen light whipped topping
- defrosted
2 tspLime zest
1 Ready-made chocolate pie
- crust
Procedures:
1In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons cool water.
2Allow to soften 5 minutes.
3Boil ?cup water and pour over gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
4Place in refrigerator until cool, about 10 minutes.
5Meanwhile, place pudding mix in large bowl.
6With electric beaters, mix in milk and lime juice, then whipped topping and lime zest.
7Set aside until gelatin is cool.
8With beaters again, combine gelatin mixture with pudding mixture.
9Pour into crust and chill several hours or overnight.
