| | Unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell | | 29
| oz | Peaches, Sliced, 1 Cn | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Lemon Juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Almond Extract | | | GARNISH | | | Maraschino Cherries |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat the cream cheese in a bowl, using an electric mixer set on medium speed, until smooth. | | 2 | Gradually add the eggs, ?cup of sugar, milk and vanilla, beating well after each addition. | | 3 | Pour into the unbaked pie shell. | | 4 | Bake in 375 °F. | | 5 | Oven for 30 minutes or until set. | | 6 | Cool on a wire rack. | | 7 | Drain the peaches, reserving 1 cup of the juice. | | 8 | Combine the cornstarch and ?cup sugar in a small saucepan. | | 9 | Gradually stir in the reserved peach juice, lemon juice and almond extract. | | 10 | Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and thickens. | | 11 | Remove from the heat. | | 12 | Arrange the peaches in a circle, petal fashion, on top of the filling. | | 13 | Garnish with maraschino cherries. | | 14 | Spoon the glaze over the fruit. | | 15 | Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour or until set |
