| 2 | Peel peaches, cut in half and remove stones. |
| 3 | Arrange halves cut side down in an unbaked pieshell. |
| 4 | Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon with cream to make a paste. |
| 5 | Pour over peaches. |
| 6 | Place in hot oven 450 °F. |
| 7 | Bake 10 minutes or until shell begins to brown. |
| 8 | Reduce heat to moderate oven (350 °F).. |
| 9 | Continue baking for 30 minutes or until peaches are done. |
| 10 | Cool and serve cold |
