Peach cream pie

Ingredients:
3 eachMed. Fresh Peaches *
3 cupHalf & Half or Coffee Cream
3 tbsp(level) Unbleached Flour
1/2 tbspCinnamon or To Taste
Procedures:
1* or enough to fill pie shell with peach halves.
2Peel peaches, cut in half and remove stones.
3Arrange halves cut side down in an unbaked pieshell.
4Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon with cream to make a paste.
5Pour over peaches.
6Place in hot oven 450 °F.
7Bake 10 minutes or until shell begins to brown.
8Reduce heat to moderate oven (350 °F)..
9Continue baking for 30 minutes or until peaches are done.
10Cool and serve cold
