Peach crumb pie

Ingredients:
3 tbspAll purpose flour
1/3 cupSugar
1/2 tspCinnamon
3 cupPeaches, peeled and sliced
1 Pie crust shell
Topping
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/3 cupAll purpose flour
1/3 cupRolled oats
2 tbspButter, softened
Procedures:
1Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees.
2In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well.
3Pour mixture into pie crust.
4For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and rolled oats.
5Cut in butter until crumbly.
6Sprinkle topping over pie.
7Bake on preheated baking sheet for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
8Serve warm or cold.
