Ingredients:
1 9 Inch Pie Shell
4 largeRipe Peaches -- peeled and
Halved
1 cupLight Cream
1 tspAlmond Extract -- or vanilla
Extract
2 Eggs
1/2 cupSugar -- divided
2 tbspUnsalted Butter
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Arrange peach halves, pitted side up, in unbaked pie shell.
3Combine cream, extract, eggs, and ?cup sugar.
4Pour over peaches.
5Dot tops of peaches with butter; sprinkle with remaining ?cup sugar.
