Grasshopper pie (elvis's cookbook)

Ingredients:
20 Chocolate Cookies --
Cream-filled
14 ozCan Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 tbspCreme De Menthe -- (green)
2 tbspCreme De Cacao -- (white)
1 cupHeavy Cream -- whipped
Mint -- for garnish
Procedures:
1In a bowl crush 20 cream-filled chocolate cookies to make 1 ?cups of crumbs reserve ?cup for garnish.
2Pat the remaining crumbs on the bottom and sides of buttered 9-inch pie tin.
3Set the crust aside.
4In a medium bowl combine the condensed milk, creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and heavy cream.
5Mix thoroughly.
6Pour the mixture into the crust.
7Top with the remaining crumbs.
8Freeze pie for 6 hours.
9The pie will not freeze solid.
10Garnish with mint.
11Makes 8 servings.
