| 2 | Beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and thickened, about 4 minutes. |
| 3 | Stir in peanuts and blend. |
| 4 | Roll out pastry to fit 9" pie pan. |
| 5 | Pour in filling. |
| 6 | Bake at 400°F. |
| 7 | 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F. |
| 8 | And bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. |
| 9 | Cool completely before serving. |
| 10 | Top each slice with whipped cream. |
