Ingredients:

| each | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Honey | | 1/2
| cup | Pure maple syrup | | 2
| tbsp | Molasses | | 1
| each | Pinch salt | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 1/4
| cup | Butter, melted | | 2
| cup | Whole pecans | | 1/4
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1
| each | Whole wheat pie crust |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat eggs. | | 2 | Stir in honey, maple syrup, molasses, salt, vanilla and butter. | | 3 | Place pecans in 9-inch unbaked pie shell in layers, and sprinkle nutmeg on top. | | 4 | Pour liquid mixture over nuts. | | 5 | Bake at 350 °F for 30-45 minutes. | | 6 | Nuts will rise to top and form crusty layer. | | 7 | Serves |
