Ingredients:

| x | Anna Lee Little | | | 1 ea Baked pie shell | | 1
| cup | Confectioners sugar, scant C. | | 1/2
| cup | Peanut butter | | 1/4
| cup | Cornstarch | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | | 3 ea Eggs, separated | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together until it feels like cornmeal. | | 2 | Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and egg yolks together; add milk, butter and vanilla. | | 3 | Cook over low heat until thickened. | | 4 | Pour powdered sugar and peanut mixture into pie mixture and stir just a little. | | 5 | Pour into baked pie shell; top with beaten egg whites. | | 6 | Bake at 325 until light brown for about 15 minutes |
