Procedures:
| 1 | Stone cherries. | | 2 | Crush the fruit. | | 3 | Boil in their juice till tender, about 10 minutes. | | 4 | Add sugar, stir well to dissolve. | | 5 | Boil for another 5 to 7 minutes. | | 6 | Remove from heat & let stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes. | | 7 | Stir & skim if necessary. | | 8 | Pour into sterile jars & seal. | | 9 | "the forgotten arts |
