Ingredients:
1 9-inch graham crumb crust
2 tbspCream de menthe
1/2 cupCrushed peppermint candy
1 quartVanilla ice cream
1 ozSquare semi-sweet baking
Chocolate, grated
Procedures:
1Prepare crumb crust.
2Set aside.
3Place ice cream in large mixing bowl.
4Cut into squares.
5Microwave at 10 % (low)* for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.
6Add creme de menthe, chocolate and half of peppermint candy.
7Beat at medium speed until smooth.
8Spoon in prepared crust.
9Sprinkle with remaining candy.
10Freeze for about 5 hours, or until firm.
11*if your oven does not have a 10 % setting, microwave at 30 % (medium-low) for 2 ?- 3 ?minutes, or just until softened
