Ingredients:

| | 9-inch graham crumb crust | | 2
| tbsp | Cream de menthe | | 1/2
| cup | Crushed peppermint candy | | 1
| quart | Vanilla ice cream | | 1
| oz | Square semi-sweet baking | | | Chocolate, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prepare crumb crust. | | 2 | Set aside. | | 3 | Place ice cream in large mixing bowl. | | 4 | Cut into squares. | | 5 | Microwave at 10 % (low)* for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. | | 6 | Add creme de menthe, chocolate and half of peppermint candy. | | 7 | Beat at medium speed until smooth. | | 8 | Spoon in prepared crust. | | 9 | Sprinkle with remaining candy. | | 10 | Freeze for about 5 hours, or until firm. | | 11 | *if your oven does not have a 10 % setting, microwave at 30 % (medium-low) for 2 ?- 3 ?minutes, or just until softened |
