| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground nutmeg | | 3
| oz | Pkg Peach Jello | | 3
| oz | Vanilla pudding mix | | | Cook & Serve* | | | *NOT INSTANT | | 1
| | Pastry shell 9" baked | | | TOPPING | | 1/4
| cup | Graham cracker crumbs | | | 1 tb | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Granulated sugar | | | Butter, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Source: heartland cb by marcia adams in a large sauce pan, combine apples, water, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg; bring to a boil. | | 2 | Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes or until the apples are tender. | | 3 | Gradually stir in gelatin and pudding; bring to a boil. | | 4 | Remove from the heat; let stand 5 minutes. | | 5 | Pour into pie shell. | | 6 | Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over filling. | | 7 | Chill 3-4 hours or until firm. | | 8 | Yield 6-8 servings |
