Ingredients:
1 3/4 cupBread flour (8 1/5 oz)
1/2 cupAll purpose flour (2 1/3 oz)
4 tbspSugar
3 tbspDry milk
1 tspSalt
1/3 cupButter (2 1/10 oz)
1/2 cupWater
1 smallEgg
2 tspDry yeast
FILLING:
1/3 cupRaisins (3 oz)
1/4 cupSliced almonds (2/3 oz)
OR
1/2 cupMixed nuts, chopped
1 tbspCinnamon
2 tbspSugar
1 Egg, beaten for top
Procedures:
1Place first 6 ingredients inside the bread pan.
2Add water.
3Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
4Select: basic dough mode.
5Press start.
6(breadmaker completes the basic dough mode 2 hours and 25 minutes later) Place the dough in a greased bowl.
7Cover.
8Rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
9Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 10 x 16 inch rectangle.
10Spread the filling over the dough.
11Starting at one short edge, roll the dough up tightly into a log.
12Brush with beaten egg over the sealed end.
13Cut the log into 10 equal portions.
14Place on a greased baking pan.
15Spray water on top.
16Proof at 90 °F for 20 to 30 minutes.
17Brush rolls with beaten egg.

19Bake in 375 deg.
20Oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown
