Ingredients:

| oz | Package orange flavored | | | -gelatin | | 4
| cup | Apple cider | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| cup | Apples, coarsely chopped | | 1
| cup | Celery, chopped | | | Juice and grated rind of one | | | -lemon | | | Lettuce | | 1
| | Apple, unpeeled and sliced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot cider; stir in raisins. | | 2 | Let cool. | | 3 | Add remaining 2 cups cider; chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. | | 4 | Stir in chopped apples, celery, lemon juice and rind. | | 5 | Pour into a lightly oiled 6 cup mold. | | 6 | Chill until set. | | 7 | Unmold onto lettuce leaves and garnish with apple slices, if desired |
