Ingredients:

| tbsp | Oil | | 2
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Green onions, chopped | | 1
| cup | Swiss cheese, shredded | | 1
| tsp | Tarragon, dried | | 3/4
| cup | Bisquick or baking mix | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| | Eggs | | | Tomato slices or wedges, opt | | | Parsley, opt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven 400°F. | | 2 | Heat butter and oil in large frypan. | | 3 | Toss in mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. | | 4 | Season. | | 5 | Spread mushrooms, green onions, cheese and tarragon in bottom of greased 10 inch pie plate. | | 6 | Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater till smooth and pour over vegetable mixture. | | 7 | Bake in preheated 400f oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till top is golden and pie is cooked. | | 8 | Let stand 5 minutes before serving. | | 9 | Granish with tomato and parsley |
