Impossible mushroom pie

Ingredients:
1 tbspButter
1 tbspOil
2 cupMushrooms, sliced
1/2 cupGreen onions, chopped
1 cupSwiss cheese, shredded
1 tspTarragon, dried
3/4 cupBisquick or baking mix
1/4 tspSalt
3 Eggs
Tomato slices or wedges, opt
Parsley, opt
Procedures:
1Preheat oven 400°F.
2Heat butter and oil in large frypan.
3Toss in mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
4Season.
5Spread mushrooms, green onions, cheese and tarragon in bottom of greased 10 inch pie plate.
6Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater till smooth and pour over vegetable mixture.
7Bake in preheated 400f oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till top is golden and pie is cooked.
8Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
9Granish with tomato and parsley
