Ingredients:

| med | Size yollow bell pepper | | 1
| med | Size green bell pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Creamy Garlic Dressing | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper | | 2
| tsp | Capers, rinsed drained |

Procedures:
