Ingredients:
2 Chickens, cooked, * see note
4 cupCooked rice
3 canChow mein noodles, large can

5 cupGravy, ** see note
3 cupCelery, diced
10 Green onions, sliced
16 ozPineapple chunks in juice
-drained
2 cupCheddar cheese, shredded
1 cupToasted almonds, slivered
1 1/2 cupToasted coconut
1 cupBlack olives, chopped
Procedures:
1Recipe by: jo anne merrill preparation time: 1:00 * broiler-fryer chickens.
2Cook, skin, bone and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3** use chicken gravy or combination of broth, chicken soup and gravy.
4Heat chicken and gravy together.
5Place in pretty serving or chafing dish.
6Place other items in a decorative fashion on buffet table.
7Guests can build their own salads using these ingredients.
8This can be made in advance and stored separately, ready to assemble when needed
