Cannelini salad

Ingredients:
15 ozCan canelini beans, drained
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 bunchFresh parsley, chopped
3 eachGarlic cloves, minced
2 tspFresh rosemary, minced
2 eachFresh sage leaves, chopped
2 tbspNicoise olives, pitted &
-- chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
6 eachLeaves butter lettuce
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a bowl except lettuce.
2Toss well & chill for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
3To serve, place a scoop of bean salad in each lettuce leaf.
