Beef with cashews

Ingredients:
1 Pound beef rump steak
4 tbspVegetable oil
8 Green onions
2 Cloves garlic
1 Piece fresh ginger root
2/3 cupUnsalted roasted cashews
1/2 cupWater
4 tspCornstarch
4 tspSoy sauce
1 tspSesame oil
1 tspOyster sauce
1 tspChinese chili sauce
Procedures:
1Remove and discard fat from meat.
2Cut meat across the grain into thin slices about 2 inches long.
3Heat 2 tablespoons of the vegetable oil in wok over high heat.
4Stir-fry half of the meat in oil until brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
5Remove from wok.
6Cook remaining meat and remove from wok.
7Cut green onions into 1/inch pieces.
8Crush garlic.
9Pare ginger and chop finely.
10Heat remaining 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in wok over high heat.
11Add onions, garlic, ginger and cashews.
12Stir-fry 1 minute.
13Mix meat into cashew-vegetable mixture.
14Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat mixture.
15Cook and stir until liquid boils and thickens.
