Ingredients:

32 ozGarbanzo beans, drained
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/4 tspGround coriander
1/4 tspGround ginger
1/4 tspDry mustard
1/4 tspGround turmeric
1/4 tspPaprika
1 tbspTahini
2 tspSesame oil
2 tbspCider vinegar
3 medGarlic cloves, crushed
Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a smooth paste.
2Cover and chill.
3Yields 4 cups.
4Per tablespoon: 25 calories, 1 g protein, 3 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 17 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
