Indian gazpacho

Ingredients:
6 largeTomatoes, blanched, skinned
1 largeRed onion
1 largeGreen or red bell pepper
2 bunchRadishes, trimmed
3 largeCarrots
3 largeCelery ribs
2 medCucumbers, unpeeled
2 eachHot green chilies, seeded
6 largeGarlic cloves, peeled
2 tbspOlive oil
1/2 cupTomato paste
6 1/4 cupVegetable stock
1 3/4 cupDry red wine
Salt
Procedures:
1Chop all vegetables & put in large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
2Stir well.
3Blend in stages until there are no vegetable chunks left, but don"t let the soup become too thin.
4Add salt to taste & chill before serving.
