Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupPink lentils
3/4 tspTurmeric
2 tspSalt
5 tbspGhee
6 largeGarlic cloves
Procedures:
1Wash lentils.
2Place in a deep pot with the turmeric & 5 cups of water.
3Bring to a bol, stirring often.
4Reduce heat to medium-low & simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
5Turn off heat & beat lentils with a wire whisk to smooth the puree.
6Stir in the salt.
7When ready to serve, simemr the puree till pi[ping hot.
8Heat the ghee in a skillet.
9When hot, add garlic slices & fry till they start to turn brown.
10Pour this over the lentil puree.
11Stir to mix & serve.
