Ingredients:
1 largeSpanish Onion
1 tbspVegetable oil
2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
Procedures:
1Peel onion, cut in half & slice into ? thick slices.
2Separate the slices into shreds.
3Heat a large skillet till hot, then add the oil.
4When smoking hot, add the onions, do not stir but let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
5Now stir, keep roasting, tossing & turning for about 2 minutes.
6They should be crisp.
7Toss with coriander & serve.
