Ingredients:
1/2 cupSafflower oil
1/2 cupCider vinegar
1/2 cupHoney
1 tbspItalian seasoning
1 tbspParmesan cheese
1 dashGarlic powder
1 cupBroccoli tops
1 cupSliced zucchini
1 cupChopped tomatoes
1 cupCauliflower flowerets
Procedures:
1For the marinade, combine oil, vinegar, honey, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender jar.
2Process until smooth.
3Pour into saucepan and heat to boiling.
4Set off heat, and allow to cool.
5Mix vegetables and cover with marinade.
