Ingredients:
4 Green onions -- finely
Chopped
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 tspHot chili pepper -- minced
(Serrano, Jalapeûo
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
3 tbspOlive oil
1/2 cupPlain low-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper
1/2 cupFresh herbs -- (parsley
Chives
Basil, marjoram etc
4 Tomatoes -- (beefsteak)
1 Sweet onion -- sliced
Procedures:
1Combine green onion, garlic, chilies and lemon juice.
2Beat in olive oil and yogurt gradually.
3Add salt and pepper.
4Finely chop herbs and add.
5This may be done in a food processor or blender.
6Refrigerate.
