Tuna salad

Ingredients:
1 canTuna, drained (6 oz)
1/8 tspSalt (to taste)
1/8 tspBlack Pepper (to taste)
1/4 tspGarlic
1 tbspParsley
1/4 cupChopped celery
1/4 cupOr so, Onion, finely diced
1/2 tspLemon Juice
1/3 cupTo ?c mayo. (to taste)
Paprika
Procedures:
1Drain the tuna and break it up into small sized chunks.
2Add all dry ingredients; salt, pepper, garlic and, parsley.
3Then add the celery, lemon juice and, onions.
4Fold in the mayonnaise until it is blended.
5serve a scoop on top of green salid, or between two pieces of bread or toast.
6Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavor and color.
7Fresh lettuce is also a wonderful addition to any sandwich.
