Ingredients:
| 1
| can | Tuna, drained (6 oz) | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt (to taste) | | 1/8
| tsp | Black Pepper (to taste) | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped celery | | 1/4
| cup | Or so, Onion, finely diced | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon Juice | | 1/3
| cup | To ?c mayo. (to taste) | | | Paprika |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain the tuna and break it up into small sized chunks. | | 2 | Add all dry ingredients; salt, pepper, garlic and, parsley. | | 3 | Then add the celery, lemon juice and, onions. | | 4 | Fold in the mayonnaise until it is blended. | | 5 | serve a scoop on top of green salid, or between two pieces of bread or toast. | | 6 | Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavor and color. | | 7 | Fresh lettuce is also a wonderful addition to any sandwich. |
