Ingredients:
1/4 cupChicken Broth
1 can(8 Oz.) Tomato Sauce
1/2 tspOregano
1 lbsGround Raw Turkey
1/4 cupMinced Fresh Parsley
1/4 tspPoultry Seasoning
1/8 tspPepper
1 clGarlic Minced
1/2 cupItalian Seasoned
Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup( 2 Oz.) Shredded
Mozzarella
Parsley Sprigs
Procedures:
1Combine chicken broth, tomato sauce & oregano in a small bowl.
2Stir & set aside.
3Combine turkey, parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper & garlic in a medium bowl.
4Stir until well blended.
5Divide mixture into 4 ?inch thick patties.
6Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a sheet of waxed paper; press patties in breadcrumbs, lightly coating each side.
7Place patties in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
8Bake at 450°F for 8 min. drain.
9Turn patties over; spoon tomato mixture evenly over patties.
10Bake an additional 8 min. or until sauce is bubble.
11Sprinkle patties with cheese, bake 1 additional minute or until cheese melts.
