| cup | Minced Fresh Parsley | | 1/4
| tsp | Poultry Seasoning | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| cl | Garlic Minced | | 1/2
| cup | Italian Seasoned | | | Breadcrumbs | | 1/2
| cup | ( 2 Oz.) Shredded | | | Mozzarella | | | Parsley Sprigs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine chicken broth, tomato sauce & oregano in a small bowl. | | 2 | Stir & set aside. | | 3 | Combine turkey, parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper & garlic in a medium bowl. | | 4 | Stir until well blended. | | 5 | Divide mixture into 4 ?inch thick patties. | | 6 | Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a sheet of waxed paper; press patties in breadcrumbs, lightly coating each side. | | 7 | Place patties in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. | | 8 | Bake at 450°F for 8 min. drain. | | 9 | Turn patties over; spoon tomato mixture evenly over patties. | | 10 | Bake an additional 8 min. or until sauce is bubble. | | 11 | Sprinkle patties with cheese, bake 1 additional minute or until cheese melts. | | 12 | (about 280 cal. | | 13 | Per patty & ?c. sauce). | | 14 | Fat 13.3, chol. 80. |
