| cup | Onion, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Peanut butter | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| | Garlic clove, minced | | | Ds Hot pepper sauce | | | Rice, cooked, hot | | | RAITA | | 3
| med | Cucumbers, peel, seed, thin | | | - sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Onion, minced | | 2
| cup | Plain yogurt | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Cumin | | 2
| tbsp | Cilantro, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Make raita by combining ingredients. | | 2 | Cover and chill for 2-24 hours to combine flavors. | | 3 | Cut pork into ? cubes; place in shallow dish. | | 4 | In blender or food processor combine remaining ingredients except rice and raita. | | 5 | Blend until smooth. | | 6 | Pour over pork. | | 7 | Cover and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes. | | 8 | Thread pork on skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water 1 hour to prevent burning). | | 9 | Grill or broil 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until done. | | 10 | Serve with hot cooked rice and raita, if desired |
