Ingredients:

| tbsp | Ghee | | 1
| tsp | Minced ginger | | 1
| tsp | Minced garlic | | 1/2
| cup | Diced onion | | 1/2
| tsp | Garam masala | | 1/8
| tsp | Turmeric | | 1/2
| tsp | Chili powder | | 1
| cup | Diced tomatoes | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| tsp | White vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Soy sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | | Green onions, chopped | | 2
| each | Sprigs cilantro, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat ghee in a pot. | | 2 | Add ginger, garlic & onion & stir-fry 1 minute. | | 3 | Add garam masala, turmeric & chili powder. | | 4 | Stir-fry for 30 seconds. | | 5 | Add tomatoes & stir-fry for 3 minutes. | | 6 | Add water. | | 7 | Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes. | | 8 | Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper. | | 9 | Mix well. | | 10 | Garnish with green onions & cilantro. | | 11 | Serve hot. |
